If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, return them to us as new and unused, within 14 days of order date, for a refund. If the product is faulty we will refund the returns cost. Safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. If your goods arrive and have been damaged in transit, please take an immediate photograph. Keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for the carelessness of carriers or post men but we will do our best to help.
ITEMS LOST IN THE POST
If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of the expected delivery date it is considered lost by the Post Office/Royal Mail and a claim will have to be raised for compensation. Royal Mail will conduct an investigation after which they will refund the cost of your order to us. Only when the claim has been paid by Royal Mail can we issue replacements or a refund. Fortunately only a very small percentage of packets go missing in the postal system.

We do not collect your credit card or bank details, as payment is currently only conducted via Paypal's secure site.If you are still concerned about making payments via the internet, cheques or Postal Orders can be accepted, however orders will not be sent until funds have cleared.
